Please call 608-793-1008 to make Party arrangements ask for Nicole or Jeannine. We consider a group of 4 or more a party. Reservations are required. Here’s how it works: Decide on a date and time: So that you have our uninterrupted attention, we suggest parties after the shoppe closes for the day. Times would include: 6pm-8pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 5 -7 pm Saturday; after 4 pm Sunday. If you’d like a “brunch” time try Sunday from 10am to noon(that’s before the shoppe opens) Adult Parties 1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $25.00 is required. This holds your date and time, includes using the shoppe and provides one instructor for 4-6 guests. If your party is larger(7-12 guests), we require an additional fee of $20.00. This provides you with another staff member to assist. Approximate time: 2 hours. 2. Project: determine what you would like to make; earrings, bracelet, necklace, or anklet. Earrings are quick, easy and fun. Bracelets, anklets and necklaces take more time but the feeling of accomplishment is great! 3. Budget: If you are working within a specific budget and paying for everyone, we will help you choose beads and findings that work for you. If each guest is paying for their own project, the price per guest will vary based on each guest’s choice of beads and findings. 4. Food, Beverages, Cleanup: We do allow food and drink (after hour parties only) We have a refrigerator, as well as a microwave available for use if needed. Let us know if you need a table for food or gifts and we will get it set up. You will be responsible for any tableware needed for the food you bring. Please bring a large plastic garbage bag for clean-up. Due to allergies of our staff members, we ask you to refrain from bringing any sort of shellfish or sushi. Kids Parties Children 5-10 years of age, please. We require one adult parent be present with the children. We recommend 1 parent for every 4 children. Approximate time: 1-2 hours. If children are between 5-6 years we require one adult parent for every 3 children. 1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $25.00 is required for 4-6 children. There will be an additional charge of $15.00 for 7-10 guests. (5-6 years of age, limit 6) 2. Project: Necklaces with a pendant, bracelets with a charm, anklets. 3. Budget: The Station allows children to choose from a variety of beads and charms that are age appropriate. Price per child is $10.00. The 25.00 deposit will be used towards the total fee. (i.e. 5 children is $50.00, $25.00 deposit down, and $25.00 when party concludes, which totals your total cost of $50.00) If you have something special in mind, we will do our best to help you create it.
